Bacone students are gearing up for the first day of classes on Wednesday after the future of the college was up in the air all summer long.

Bacone College is moving forward with the coming school year, less than four months after it announced it would be ceasing operations. 

Documents obtained by News On 6 show newly hired Bacone College President Dr. Ferlin Clark was accused of misconduct at his former Arizona college. 

The future of Bacone College is unknown as many employees have found themselves laid off without warning.

Bacone College may be holding its last graduation ceremony on Saturday.
